The On-Site Pro: Event & Media Management Fine Print
Travel & Expenses: Rates cover labor only. The Client is responsible for all pre-approved travel, lodging, and per diem expenses for events outside of the Greater Los Angeles/Pasadena area.
Media Guarantee: While I will use my professional expertise to pitch and wrangle media, I cannot guarantee specific placements or airtime, as these are at the discretion of the media outlets.
Video Team Add-on: If the additional Video Production Team is requested, a separate production contract, invoice, and brief will be provided and must be agreed upon prior to the event.
General Terms & Conditions
Agreement of Terms: By purchasing any service, you (the "Client") agree to these terms and conditions.
The Welcome Process: Upon purchase, you will receive a welcome email within 24 hours. This includes a link to schedule your complimentary 30 minute Discovery Chat (to get to know you and an initial assessment of your needs) and a Marketing Needs Survey.
Onboarding Deadline: To ensure the highest quality of work, the Marketing Needs Survey must be completed at least 48 hours prior to our scheduled service date.
Expiration: All purchased services and credits expire one year (365 days) from the date of purchase.
Refund & Cancellation Policy: Refunds are only issued if a cancellation request is received in writing at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. No-shows or cancellations within the 24-hour window are non-refundable.
Liability Limitation: Helen Larimore provides strategic advice and creative direction. While I strive for excellence, I cannot guarantee specific financial results, ROI, or third-party media coverage. The Client is responsible for the final implementation and legal compliance of all marketing materials.
